Our stay in the Two-Bedroom Residence Suite was fantastic! The room was beautifully designed with a great layout, and the Lavazza coffee maker made mornings delightful. We loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, plus having access to the mall just downstairs was a huge bonus.

If you're someone who enjoys easy access to charging your devices, prepare for a bit of frustration with outlets that can be hard to manage, as they seem to have a mind of their own.

But let’s keep it real—service can be a real downer. We need better vibes; I waited ages at the pool just to order a drink. Not cool when you’re trying to chill. Also, charging unexpected fees without clear communication? Total buzzkill.
